The PGSS Polars On-line store will open on September 15th 2025 and close on October 1st 2025. No orders will be accepted beyond the closing date.
- All sales final on decorated apparel.
- If an item becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and your credit card will be refunded.
- Orders will not be processed until the sale has expired
- Please allow 4 to 5 weeks from the date the store closes to receive your goods

Payment Options
Payment may be made by cash, cheque, or debit. Credit card transactions are subject to a 5% service charge.
Policy 5101 – Financial Hardship
No student will be denied an opportunity to participate in a course, class, or program because of financial hardship, as per Policy 5101. A copy of the policy is available at the following link: SD57 Financial Hardship Policy.
Course Fees
- Secondary students who choose a project beyond the prescribed learning outcomes of a course may be charged for materials used to complete that project (e.g., a specific type of wood selected for a woodworking project).
Note: Students must be able to complete all required learning outcomes of all courses without being required to pay any fees or charges. - Secondary students who choose to participate in an elective course involving off-campus activities may be required to pay a course fee. (Example: Hockey, PE, Outdoor Rec, etc.). Any unused portion of the fee will be refunded at the end of the semester.

Student Services – $10.00
A $10.00 Student Services fee is used by secondary schools to support activities and assistance for all students. Examples include:
Student Council activities (e.g., dances)
- School-wide events such as spirit weeks
- Positive behaviour incentive programs recognizing student achievement
- Financial assistance to students attending events outside the district (e.g., UBC Connect)
- Assistance to school groups (clubs, teams, classes) for travel and representation
- Guest speakers
These opportunities are made possible through the Student Services account.
Field Trips
Students participating in field trips may be asked to reimburse the school for associated costs.
No student will be denied participation due to financial hardship.
Locks
- Locks are supplied by the school at no charge.
- Personal locks are not permitted.
- Additional or replacement locks are available at a cost of $8.00.
Yearbook – $50.00 before January 26; $60 afterwards
Annual school yearbook.
Must be paid in full by March 14, 2025.

- Signed form and postdated cheque required
- $150.00 postdated cheque (dated for end of course)
Automotive 11 & 12 – Tool Tags
- Form provided by Automotive Teacher
- Signed form and postdated cheque required
- $50.00 postdated cheque (dated for end of course)
Valedictory Ceremony – $150.00
Date: June 5, 2026
Fee includes:
- Facility rental
- Gown & stole, cap & tassel
- Memento cap & souvenir tassel
- Six tickets for the ceremony (additional tickets will be available for $10 each. )
Fees must be paid in full by December 19, 2025.
